SKILL: Double Unders

  • Watch as many Buddy Lee videos as you have time for, take the class through your favorite drills and then allow 4-5 minutes for individual practice. Push proficient athletes to work on triple unders

  • This is a great opportunity to practice big unbroken sets of double unders, once while you are fresh and then again when you are fatigued. Pick the appropriate number of double unders that will take you less than 3 minutes. If you only have a couple at a time stick with it for 3 minutes and get as many as you can.
  • For the middle rounds pick the appropriate box height, thruster weight and pull up that keeps you moving. You should be able to do all movements unbroken for one round if you needed to.
