L1: 185/135, 50 Double Unders
L2: 135/95, 35 Double Unders
L3:95/65, 50 Singles
L4: DB Snatch, 35 Jumping Jacks

Against 10 Mins…3 Rounds For Time:
10 Thrusters
20 Burpees over Bar (Lateral)
30/20/10 Pullups*

*Gymnastics reps decrease each round

L1: 185/135 (Pullup, Chest 2 Bar, Bar Muscle Up)
L2: 135/95, Chest 2 Bar
L3: 95/65, Step Over Burpees, Pullups or Bent Over Rows (same weight as Thruster)
L4: DB Thrusters, Reg. Burpees, Bent Over DB Rows,
