SKILL:

Double Unders

8 rounds:

30 seconds max double unders

30 seconds rest


NOTES

Build skills during the warm-up and find your appropriate scale during the warm-up. For the double unders try to relax breathing/ shoulders, turn with wrists, and try for max double under sets

METCON:

EMOM 16

-Odd mins: 100m Run + 3 D-Ball OTS (150/100, 100/80, 80/60 or less)

-Even mins: 20 DU + 5(+) ring dips

NOTES

For the odd minutes work to finish run in 35 sec and the D-Ball in 12 sec allowing for at least 10 sec of rest each round

For the even minutes scale to get at least 5 ring dips, can scale up to finish challenging number with 10 sec rest each min
