METCON:
With a partner: 35  minute time cap

200 DU (total)

40 synchro burpees over the bar

35 synchro sit-ups

30 synchro front squats (95/65, 75/55, 45/35)

25 MU  (ring, bar, attempts, pull-ups + dips)

30 synchro front squats (95/65, 75/55, 45/35)

35 synchro sit-ups

40 synchro burpees over the bar

200 DUs


NOTES:

  • This is a lot of work and to pace appropriately so you can keep moving.
  • Consider scaling the rep numbers down for those who may not be able to finish under the cap.
  • Choose a partner with similar capacity. Find an appropriate pulling scale for muscle ups for everyone during warm up, can be taken to chest to bar if athletes have even 1 or 2 at a time, may decide to do synchronized ring rows for some people.
