MOVE DAY!!!!

One class at 8 am and help move starting at 9 am! After the move we’ll have some BBQ from Q-Shack & a Keg from glass jug to enjoy while we hang out in the new space and enjoy the the AC!

  • Intent: Today we are testing our odd object carry in a fun way.
  • For indoor elements keep small sets and move quickly

6-6-5-4-3-2 (progressive from 50%)
NOTES:

  • Build from lighter weight (50%) to a heavy set of 2 (90%).
  • Watch your form. Firmly plant feet and hips, turn rib cage down, and drive straight up into bar. Back off weight if your back is arching or knees are bending.
