For time with a partner (40 min cap):

100 power cleans

100 front squats

100 shoulder-to-OH

* One athlete works at a time*

Every time an athlete breaks, each athlete performs 5 T2B (scale to sit-ups) and 5 burpees before the team may resume working


  • The goal today is to work on stringing together these movements in unbroken sets
  • Every time an athlete puts the bar down, both partners must perform 5 T2B (or situps) and 5 burpees before the next partner can take over
  • There is no prescribed weight, however exceeding 115/83 is not recommended
