Ring Dips (rings, matador, from a box)

This WOD is fast. Weights should be light enough to keep it unbroken and challenge your heart rate. Ring dips should also be unbroken and can be gotten in and out of quickly. Athletes should aim to finish the round of 12 and beyond.
