30 Ring Pull-ups (adjust ring height to scale load)

800m Run

NOTES:

  • Intent: Find a scale that is challenging but allows you to keep moving. Try to keep the same splits for each 800m run,
  • The ring pull-ups will be challenging so make sure to scale either load or reps to match intent.
  • Look to hit proper range of motion on squat cleans.
