1 Max Effort Set (25 rep limit)
Sets are every 3 mins

Metcon: EMOTM x 10 Minutes
Evens: HSPU x Repeatable Number
Odds: 35 Double Unders (or 45 secs of practice)

Scale as needed per the athlete.. this one doesn’t have a score to keep everyone chill and working on
developing their skills
