*1 Front Squat @ 80%

* Warm up to 80% then start the EMOM Clock.

METCON – 3 Rounds for time:
30 Air-squats
20 Snatches

THEN 2-mins rest,
3 x 200m Runs with 1:1 Rest

L1: 20 Pistols, 50/35
L2: 20 Goblet Squats or 14 Pistols, 35/20
L3: 30 Air-squats, 20/15
L4: 30 Air-squats, 15/10
