STRENGTH –

3 rounds:

100m OH KB/DB carry (bilateral)

100m FR KB/DB carry (bilateral)

100m Farmer KB/DB carry (bilateral)

Scale to unilateral if necessary and do 50 meters each arm.

METCON – 3 rounds:

-1 minute Assault Bike

-1 minute Box Jumps

-1 minute Row

-1 min Slam Balls

– 30 second transition between stations

*Score = total reps + cals

L1: 35/25, 30/24

L2: 30/20, 24/20

L3: 25/15, 20/18

L4: 20/10, 18/16
