Every minute on the minute for 8 minutes Р1 Snatch at 75% or above.  Work up if comfortable or add weight.

30 Single DB Squats

30 DUs

20 DB Lunges

30 DUs

10 DB Ground to Overhead

30 DUs

20 DB Lunges

30 DUs

30 DB Squats

30 DUs

L1: 50/35, DUs, Lunges with DB Overhead, 50 DUs each round.

L2: 35/20, DUs

L3: 20/12, 1/2 DUs or 2x SUs

L4: 12/8, SUs, Unweighted lunges
