10 Deadlifts
Remaining Time: Push-ups
( Rest 1 Minute between rounds)
L1: 200m Run, 225/155, plyometric pushups (used 45 lb plates)
L2: 200m Run, 135/95, Ring Pushup
L3: 200m Run, 105/75, HR Push-ups or Scaled Pushup
L4: 100m Run, Double HEAVY KB Deadlift (weight at sides), Scaled Push-ups
