SKILL – Handstand Pushups

STRENGTH – Push Jerk/Split Jerk

If you are comfortable, use the split.  If you are newer, stick with push jerk.

3-3-3-2-2-1-1

Add weight if you are comfortable.

METCON – Run 400 meters

30 Thrusters

15 pullups

10 Handstand pushups

15 pullups

30 Thrusters

Run 400 meters

L1 – 95/65, pullups, HSPU

L2 – 75/55, pullups, HSPU

L3 – 55/35, Jumping pull-ups or assisted pull-ups, regular or assisted pushups

L4 – DB Thrusters, Ring Rows, Assisted pushups
