METCON – 3 Rounds

15 Pullups

30 Air Squats (focus on making sure these are below parallel)

45 Double Unders

Level 1 – as written

Level 2 – 10 Pullups

Level 3 – 8 Pull-ups (or scaled pull-ups), 1/2 attempts and 1/2 single unders

Level 4 – 12 Ring Rows, 24 Air Squats, 48 Single Unders
