L2: Dbl KB by side step up (blue/red), 20/14, 30 Double Unders

L3: Dbl DB by side step up (35/20), 14/10, 20 Double Under Attempts

L4: Dbl DB by side step up (15/10), 10/6, 80 Single Unders
