This wod honors Master Sergeant Michael Maltz, a U.S. Air Force Pararescue Jumper who died in Afghanistan in 2005. Various WOD options are available. Please scale as needed.

1. Full Maltz, done individually (40 min cap):
400m Run
50 Pullups
200m Farmer’s Carry (Blue/Red)
50 Dips
100 Pushups
50 Knees to Elbows
100 Situps
400m Run

2. AMRAP 40 min, individually:
Half Maltz,
200m Run
25 Pullups
