360 Plank (20-sec each way – Right, regular, left)

12 Ring Rows (Slow/controlled) – elevate feet if needed

:30s V-ups or Regular Sit-ups

Deadlift

3 @ 63%

3 @ 70%

3 @ 77%

3 @ 85%

3 @ 93%

METCON – 3 Rounds (fast as possible, this should be a sprint)

25 Wall Balls (make sure you are getting full depth on the squats)

25 KBS (American)
