AMRAP 15 minutes
BUY IN: Row 500m AND run 400m, then
25 double unders
3 burpees
25 double unders
6 burpees
25 double unders
9 burpees
etc.
(always 25 double unders, burpees increase by 3)

Rest 3 minutes

AMRAP 25 minutes with a partner.
*One partner works at a time on movements, non-working partner holds two olympic plates by side (one in each hand–hello grip!).

50 KB swings*

50 push ups/HSPU*
6x100m run (alternating)
50 SDHP (with KB)*
4x100m run (alternating)
50 airsquats*
2x100m run (alternating)
50 ring rows (parallel to ground)*
Rest 1 minute between rounds
