Teams of 2:

For Time: (15 minute Cap) – Both partners run a 200 to begin the workout and every 3 minutes.  Both Partners work on opposite movements at the same time and switch between those movements as needed.

Level 2: Kipping HSPU, Goblet
Level 3: Ring Pushups/Pushups from the floor, Air Squats x 2
Level 4: Knee or Box Pushups, Air Squats

Teams of 2:
5 Rounds for Time: 
Minute 1 – Partner 1 performs max Power Cleans, Partner 2 performs max abmat situps
Minute 2 – Partner 2 performs max Power Cleans, Partner 1 performs max abmat situps
Minute 3 – Partner complete as many pull-ups as a team (one partner working at a time)
Minute 4 – Rest/Transition
Level 1: Bar/Ring Muscle Ups, 185/135
Level 2: Chest to Bar Pull-ups, 135/95
Level 3: Pull-ups/Scaled Pull-ups, 75/55
Level 4: Ring Rows, Double DB Power Cleans
