SKILL – Squat Cleans

STRENGTH – Squat clean/Front Squat

1.) 1 Squat Clean (+) 5 Front Squats

2.) 2 Squat Cleans (+) 4 Front Squats

3.) 3 Squat Cleans (+) 3 Front Squats

4.) 4 Squat Cleans (+) 2 Front Squats

5.) 5 Squat Cleans (+) 1 Front Squat

*Rest 90-seconds b/w Rounds (70% of Clean) – If new, pick a moderate weight and perform hang power cleans into the front squats.

METCON – 15-min AMRAP

10 Push-ups

15 Air-squats

20 Sit-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Air squats

20 Sit-ups

3 Squat Cleans

L1: 185/135

L2: 135/95

L3: 95/65 Power clean to Front Squat, Reps change to 5-10-15

L4: DB Hang Squat Clean, Reps change to 5-10-15
