Barbells for Boobs

With a Partner:

Workout #1
“Melanee”

7 Rounds:

5 Deadlifts
20 Lunges
17 Wall Balls
200 meter run (both partners)

Alternate as needed. 

L1 – 275/185, 20/14, Lunge with Barbell (95/65)
L2 – 225/155, 20/14, Lunge with a Dumbbell (50/35)
L3 – 155/105, 14/10, Lunge with a Dumbbell (35/20)
L4 – KB Deadlift, 10/6, Unweighted Lunge 

Workout #2
“Lift what you Raise”

Currently we have raised $8,493 (*amount subject to change)

A pair of athletes will lift 8,493 lbs from ground to shoulder.  A Pair may pick any weight to put on the bar.  

For example at 135 lbs on the bar, the pair will combine for 63 reps.  

***Non-barbell option – 1) Do KB Swings or 2) Do Double Dumbbell Ground to shoulder***

Workout #3
“November” 

There will be two scores. 

Each pair will row 2018 meters as fast as possible.  While one partner is rowing, the other partner will be completing as many rounds as possible of:

11 Dumbbell Snatches
11 Box Jumps
11 Goblet Squats

Partners are working simultaneously but will switch between the rower and the AMRAP as needed.  

L1 – Barbell Snatches and Front Squats (95/65), 24/20
L2- 50/35, 24/20
L3- 35/20, 20/16
L4- 20/10, 16/12
