Auxillary Work: 3 Rounds

10 Single Leg Deadlifts with KB (5/leg)
10 Single Leg Glute Bridges (5/leg)

STRENGTH – Deadlift

*3-3-3-3-3
*In betwen each set, Row 500m (Coach Rowing Form, No speed at all use for recovery)

METCON – Every 4-mins for 16-mins

Run 400 meters (sub 30 Cal. Row)
20 Sit-ups
10 Front Squats

L1: 95/65, GHD Sit-ups,
L2: 75/55, Ab-mat Situps,
L3: 65/45, Ab-mat Situps, Run 300
L4: Goblet Squats, AB-MAT Situps, Run 200
