2- S2OH (95/65)
3- Pull-ups
4- Burpees
5- Front Squats
6- Push-ups (or HSPU)
7- Ab-mat Sit-ups (or Toes to bar)
8- Slamballs
9- Power Cleans
10- Box Jump Overs
11- Kettle Bell Swings
12-Thrusters

Level 3/Level 4/6 Week Challengers

1- 20 Single Unders
2- Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead
3- Ring Rows
4- Burpees
5- Goblet Squats
6- Push-ups
7- Abmat Situps
8- Slam Balls
9- Wall Balls
10- Box Step Ups
11- Kettlebell Swings
12- Dumbbell Thrusters
